Manejo clínico de la artrosis de cadera y rodilla

La artrosis, también llamada osteoartritis o enfermedad degenerativa articular, es un padecimiento del aparato locomotor caracterizado por la degeneración y pérdida del cartílago articular, a lo que se suma la proliferación osteocartilaginosa subcondral y de los márgenes articulares.
