¿Qué pacientes requieren estudios para descartar una hemorragia subaracnoidea?

Decidir cuáles son los pacientes con déficit neurológico reciente que hay que estudiar es sencillo; más difícil es decidir cuáles son los que sin déficit neurológico y con cefalea aislada hay que estudiar.
